DIY GARAGE rental conditions

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 Lessor - Konverter Group OÜ
1.2 Lessee - the person with whom the Lessor has concluded an Agreement;
1.3 Agreement – the Assets rental agreement concluded between the parties;
1.4 Half-Lessor or Lessee
1.5 Assets - The garage space to be rented under the contract and all the assets and equipment located on this space.
2. TERM OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. PROPERTY TRANSFER AND RETURN
2.1 The rental period is considered to be the period between the time of collection and return of the rented property.
2.2 The duration of the rental time is at least 1 hour.
3. RENTAL FEE AND LIABILITY
3.1 The rental fee is the agreed amount fixed in the contract.
3.2 The lessee is obliged to compensate the damage caused by careless or incorrect use of the leased property and premises according to the invoice presented by the lessor.
3.3 In case of destruction or loss of the rented property, the Lessee is obliged to compensate the price of the Lessor's Property according to the market value.
3.4 The lessee does not have the right to repair the broken property himself or by ordering from other persons.
3.5 The Lessor is not responsible for compliance with safety regulations when using the rented property, as well as for damages that may occur to the Lessee or third parties during the use of the rented property.
3.6 The Lessor is not responsible for possible damages caused by the breakage, use, destruction of the equipment or other possible damages caused by interruption of work for the Lessee for such reasons.
3.7 The lessee undertakes to use the property according to its purpose.
3.8 The lessee does not have the right to remove the equipment from the surface of the rental garage and use it in another location.
3.9 The lessee undertakes not to rent the property to third parties.
4. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT:
4.1 The contract ends at the end of the pre-agreed usage period or by agreement of the parties;
4.2 In case of destruction of the rented property;
5. DISPUTES
5.1 Disputes arising from the contract are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
